In him all things were created. Without him we have nothing.

After we accept Christ, this is the way that we publicly confess our faith. We are identifying with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. It also helps us walk in obedience to our greatest example, Jesus. If he needed to be Baptized then so do we.
