DCY is the youth group of Destiny Church in Joplin, MO. Students 6th Grade through 12th Grade are welcome to join.

What's Up DCY students and families?! We are hoping this page will help you find upcoming events, sign-ups, and more information all in one place! Here is a little of our heart behind youth: We strive to provide a safe place for students to come and build relationships with each other and with Christ. Our goal is for students 6th grade+ to enter and leave youth group as a Senior in High School on FIRE for Jesus, have a community built around them, and have built lifelong friendships throughout their time in DCY. We believe God has HUGE things for DCY and the best is still yet to come! We are praying for each of you EVERY day! We love you!!

Sunday, October 1st at 4-6pm - COLOR WARS (Water)
Come in your team colors and get ready to be SOAKED!!! Please wear a colored t-shirt and bring a towel! Don't forget to invite your friends, bring your notebooks, and wear your team spirit gear!!
Thursday, October 5th at 6:30pm - High School Hangout
Are you in High School? Are you free Thursday nights? Come hang out with Pastor Cameron and Erin at their apartment! We will play games, have some snacks, and just hang out together!

Sunday, October 8th at 4-6pm - COLOR WARS (Paint)
Get ready for a crazy night filled with paint, paint, and PAINT!!
Wear your team colors, invite your friends, and don't forget to bring your notebook!
***Make sure to wear clothes that are okay to get RUINED.
The paint may or may not come out of clothes so DON'T wear your favorite shirt/shorts ever. ***
Sunday, October 15th at 4-6pm - COLOR WARS (Slime)
It's the last week of Color Wars - your last chance for points!! Invite your friends, wear your team colors, and come ready to compete!! Don't forget your notebook!
***We have never used this slime before. We don't know if it will ruin clothes or not so wear clothes that can be ruined in case it does.***

Are you in High School? Are you free Thursday nights? Come hang out with Pastor Cameron and Erin at their apartment! We will play games, have some snacks, and just hang out together!

Sunday, October 22nd at 4-6pm - Pizza and PJs
Come in your PJ's, bring your favorite stuffy-fluffy and bring your blankets/pillows! We will be having a super chill night in our PJ's, eating pizza, and watching a movie together.
Sunday, October 29th at 4-6pm - Bon Fire
We will be meeting at the Pirtle's home for a DCY Bon Fire! Wear your costume for a chance to win the costume contest. Invite your friends and bring your notebooks! Smores provided!
